Started in the 1980’s,
on small (under 100,000 dollar) construction projects, the company has progressed through various stages of growth and has completed a variety of multi-million dollar construction and design-build projects in the hospitality industry. Specializing in the mid range hotel market, we offer the entire spectrum of services in the conception, site analysis, development, design and construction of such projects. We have been involved in over twenty-five projects in the mid size range. A third of these were design-build projects. We are a company that has remained small to keep control and excellence in the service to its clients. By keeping overhead very low for the industry, the company personnel can keep project costs within budgets and client satisfaction high. We are in the business of building and servicing construction relationships. Over the past 15 years, we have worked with a variety of franchisers and are familiar with many different levels of hotels, from budget hotels to mid-level hotels. We have also designed different types of hotels, from single story to mid-rise hotels.
GSP, Inc. has built projects throughout Georgia, from rural to urban sites. We can build projects in many different conditions and are able to adjust to deliver a quality project. Having as a goal, a fully completed project for a satisfied Owner, we use innovative methods to get the projects completed to the satisfaction of Owners, while keeping a sharp eye on the bottom line. Our team of architects, engineers and project managers provides you with comprehensive consultation including site selection, facility planning and complete building plans.
